Welcome to HiFi Cleaning! If you engage with HiFi Cleaning or visit our site at hificleaning.co.uk, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms protect the interests of both of us and ensure a service experience that is smooth, fair, and respectful to the client!

1. Service Areas

We proudly serve clients in:

  • Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Somerset, Dorset, South Gloucestershire, and West Berkshire, as well as nearby towns and villages.

Don’t hesitate to contact us before booking if you’re unsure whether we cover your location.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • You can book by calling, WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form.
  • Appointment slots are arranged as per availability. We will confirm such appointments over the phone/message.
  • We intend to turn up at the appointed time, however, occasional road traffic jams or the overstretch of the previous job may cause some delays. We will keep you posted should we run late.
  • Depending on the location and type of service, a minimum call-out charge will be levied..

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are given prior to the commencement of the job and are based on the scope of the service and the property size.
  • Extra charges may be waived for:
  • When heavy stains or heavy damage exist
  • Emergency, same-day, or after-hours works
  • If access is difficult or surface areas are extensive
  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or card upon the availability of the machine on site.
  • Payment needs to be made immediately upon job completion.

Unlike some providers, we aim to be transparent and affordable and don’t surprise you with hidden fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you make a cancellation or rescheduling at least twenty-four hours in advance, it will be free of charge.
  • Cancellations beyond 24 hours may be subjected to a call-out charge.
  • Unfortunately, Last-minute cancellations and no-shows hurt our business and other clients’ chances of urgent bookings, so we ask for the favour of fairness.

5. Service Guarantee

We promise to do our best to deliver high-quality cleaning with every job. However:

  • Results are subject to variation depending on the item’s condition, age, and type of material.
  • We cannot guarantee 100% stain and odour removal (particularly with permanent or set-in stains).
  • Please note that our crews do not move heavy furniture, fragile items, or electronics for health and safety reasons.

If you’re unhappy with the service, let us know within 24 hours we’ll do our best to make things right.

6. Pets, Children & Access

  • For their protection, keep pets and children away from the cleaning area.
  • Ensure that there is access to water and electricity and the area to be cleaned.
  • We will refuse service if the conditions are unsafe or unworkable.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured, but we are not liable for:
    • What of worn-out, damaged, already existing?
    • Damage caused by hidden defects (e.g., loose carpets, unstable furniture)
    • Poor results due to the incorrect DIY treatments employed before our visit.

For example, if a rug has been damaged by bleach or over-wet in a previous cleaning attempt, we may be unable to restore it fully.

8. Use of This Website

You shall not misuse or employ the site contrary to the law. All content, text, and images on the site are the property of HiFi Cleaning and may not be copied without permission.

9. Competitor Disclaimer

A better, more personal service has always been our niche compared to the cleaning super chains and offline services. Although there may be companies similar to ours, like Maid2Clean, Prime Cleaners, and SteamX, we concentrate on developing a relationship with our customers and providing tailor-made cleaning services to each house or business establishment.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service and Conditions keep changing from time to time. The continued usage of services and website means that you have agreed to the changes that were thus effected.
